Request for Osteosarcoma Research Proposals

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: OS RESEARCH (FOSTER FOUNDATION)

Donor funding has recently become available to support research related to osteosarcoma. The funding, estimated at $100,000 per year, would be used to support two proposals, this year.

1) The investigator needs to briefly describe the hypothesis, aims and specific methods proposed for the research project. Critical will be a clear indication of the clinical relevance of the proposal.

2) A brief description of the planned experimental design and analysis that will be utilized should be provided.

3) NIH biosketches for the individuals who will perform the work (this is not part of the page limitation).

4) A brief budget for the project should be provided including supplies, equipment, salary support and other significant anticipated costs with brief justification (one page limit, not part of page limitation).

References are also not included in the page limitations and can be provided but are not required. If any questions exist about any of these requirements please feel free to contact Richard Gorlick at (718) 741-2342 (or, by e-mail, at rgorlick@montefiore.org).
