SARC Currently Seeking Medical Officer
SARC is currently seeking a physician to work with the Operations office to provide medical oversight to the conduct of their clinical research. We are looking for a physician with expertise in sarcoma patient management and clinical research to spend (and be compensated for) 25% effort to:
- Oversee the conduct of SARC clinical trials
- Facilitate the review of new concepts and proposed study protocols for scientific strength and feasibility
- Respond to and give input to SARC RPMs regarding ongoing conduct of SARC clinical trials
- Chair monthly phone calls with PIs of ongoing SARC studies
- Identify issues related to safety of subjects treated on SARC clinical trials
- Meet bimonthly in Ann Arbor with the SARC research staff
